The Property is a dual-branded Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites Orlando Nona, a select-service and extended-stay hotel in the Lake Nona area of Orlando. Built in 2023, it comprises 150 rooms and offers an outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, a business center, a fire pit, kitchen amenities, and complimentary hot breakfast. It is located about 30 minutes from downtown Orlando and 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The Property is owned and managed by Peachtree Group, a privately held, fully integrated real estate investment management, lending, and servicing platform with a hospitality focus. Peachtree Group operates hotels and related real estate assets across the United States and has invested in real estate equity and fixed-income transactions. Peachtree Hospitality Management, a division of Peachtree Group, provides hotel management services for the group’s portfolio and offers third-party management for other owners. The platform oversees a portfolio of more than 100 hotels across multiple brands, with more than 13,000 rooms, and has been recognized in industry rankings, including a top-50 position on Lodging Magazine’s list of hotel management companies in 2022.

The Property is the only Hilton-branded hotel in Lake Nona, benefiting from affiliation with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, which operates 24 brands and over 8,000 properties in 126 countries. The Home2 Suites brand comprises more than 700 properties, while Hampton Inn accounts for more than 2,500 properties, both participating in Hilton Honors to source guests at favorable rates.
