Location🇱🇺 Luxembourg (EU residency required)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to create, evaluate, and optimize LLM-based systems that support entrepreneurial decision making.
This role is based in Luxembourg with fully remote flexibility and optional office space at the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT).

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or a related domain
  • In-depth knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and related ML algorithms
  • Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and information retrieval techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with fintech products and their use cases
  • Previous experience in a startup environment
